# Teammates

# New user

On the left panel bar of the main page, please click Team.

Then, teammates can be added by clicking Add Member.

Once a teammate is invited, the invitee would receive a notification with a initial password.

# Re-invite user

We understand things may not go well all the time. If the invitee has not yet received the notification email. Please come back to the invitee profile, and re-invite. Another email and new initial password will be sent to your teammates.

# Delete a user

Once your teammates has left, by visiting the user profile, you can archive the user profile, thus disabling the user.

The deletion action can only be executed by Partner. Please refer to Authorisation Matrix for more detail.
